Owner and president, Charles Levine founded the catering company in 1985. A business school graduate of the University of Maryland, Charles Levine fell madly in love with food and entertainment while working at the Pimlico Hotel Restaurant & Caterers. He was General Manager of the organization and Director of Catering for Baltimore’s Landmark Restaurant from 1976 to 1984. Based on 30 years of success, he is currently developing a lifestyle restaurant with private dining and event space called “citron”, located at Quarry Lake in the Greenspring Valley of Baltimore County.
Charles cultivated and established the environment that ultimately created demand for blending gourmet food, exceptional linens, unique serving appointments, European service, fine wines, and elegant lighting at off-premise events. His services are in high demand by discriminating clients.
In 1985, Charles founded his own catering company, which has grown steadily into the Charles Levine Caterers and Events and, since 1993, includes Glorious Kosher Caterers.
“Our Campaign Dinner last night was spectacular! Thank you for all you did to make this special evening a great success and one of the best dinners we have had at the School. As always, it was a pleasure to work with you.”
